I use chain with anti-tarnish finishing for my plated jewelry. However, it is absolutely normal that plated jewelry will lose its original color over time. Please follow these simple care instructions to keep your items in a lovely condition for a long time.
- avoid contacts with ocean/sea water, cosmetics, perfumes, etc.
- not recommended to be worn in shower
- use soft jewelry polishing cloth from time to time to prevent tarnishing
- keep in an air-proof bag when not in use

the chain is actually sparkly and the aquamarine stone is blue but not too blue. I wanted something minimal and can wear everyday to help with my throat chakra. I got the 15in gold filled. Quality purchase in my books :)
