Please wrap a string around your wrist to find out the right size for you (length includes the chain, jump rings, and the closure). Apply the length you have got with a string over a tape measure. - not recommended to be worn in shower & gym
- use soft jewelry polishing cloth from time to time to prevent tarnishing
- keep in an air-proof bag when not in use
