The bracelet itself is nice but I ordered 5 to gift to my friends and I got all 5 in 1 box. So I had to purchase additional packaging in order to gift it to them. It doesn’t make sense for all the bracelets to come in one box.

While I never went to leave a negative review, especially for a local business owner - I did want to ensure that future customers don’t experience the customer service I did. I purchased 5 bracelets for my bridesmaids almost 4 weeks in advance of my wedding. It said the order would be here between Sept 24-27th. I continued to check and even reached out to the shipping provider and found out 4 days before my wedding, the bracelets were lost in the mail (they still are nowhere to be found). I reached out to the seller and she offered to create new bracelets. Being I spent over $100 and my wedding was in 4 days, I kindly asked for a refund. Almost 2 weeks went by and still no refund. I had to open a second case in which Etsy then stepped in and had to issue a refund on their end because it was never received from the seller.
